Cartography Packages

  • Bronze

    $300 USD

    While the Bronze package is our most modest cartography option, you'll still get a beautiful map! This level of map is for land-based only and will contain some natural features and several name tags, but overall it is a very simple design, perfect for those on a tighter budget!

    Black & white, sepia, or parchment colours only. Full colour illustration adds $100

  • Silver

    $550 USD

    With our silver package, a new range of maps are available. With this upgrade, expect to see clearly defined land, plenty of classic natural features (forests, mountains, and lakes) plus some notable buildings and landmarks, a decorative border. and name tags.

  • Platinum

    $875 USD

    Platinum designs really showcase beautiful artwork. Along with exceptional detailing within the map, you can also get an intricate border, compass rose, and a more detailed background. For land masses, expect full landscapes with highly detailed landmarks.

  • Steel

    $1,350 USD

    Steel maps bring together exquisitely intricate and complex details, adding layers upon layers of illustration. Every detail is perfection. Expect highly detailed buildings and settings, stretching the span of the whole canvas.

  • Limitless

    The Limitless option is exactly what you’re thinking. The possibilities are limitless. This option is for someone looking for the best of the best. Intricately detailed, expertly coloured, artistically imagined. Prepare to wow and amaze.

    Due to the nature of these maps, prices are custom based on complexity of project, but expect minimum quotes of $2,500 USD

LICENCING OPTIONS AND INFORMATION

As standard, a licence is included in the price of all our illustration work. If you have additional needs of the licence, we offer some additional options.

  • Standard licence included with all illustration: allows the client to use the artwork as a book cover image, print on the pages inside a book, share the art online (social media, websites, blogs, etc). The artist is still the owner of the artwork and is permitted to use the artwork for any promotion.
    DOES NOT permit the client to: sell the artwork as art prints, sell the artwork as provided in any format other than what is stated above, make changes to the artwork, allow a 3rd party to make changes to the artwork.

  • Extended licence + 25% of the total project cost. Allows the client everything specified in the standard licence PLUS sell the artwork in print and digital formats. The artist is still the owner of the artwork and is permitted to use the artwork for any promotion.
    DOES NOT permit the client to: make changes to the artwork, allow a 3rd party to make changes to the artwork.

  • Full copyright + 200% of the total project cost- This transfers full rights and ownership of the artwork to the client. This allows the client to do whatever they like with the artwork, including making changes.
