Who will my designers be?

We have a roster of designers and will assign you the most ideal ones for your story based on your booking form. We'll let you know before you sign any contract who your designers are so you can check out their profiles and portfolios on our website! Your booking form will also include a preference option so you can request any specific designers.

How long will it all take?

There are many factors to consider here, but we generally start any design work within 1 month of your booking. Designs themselves take up to 1 month to complete, but we'll lay out the start and completion date of each part of your project, providing you a complete timelines of events. 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $500 non-refundable USD deposit for all packages.

When do I have to make the rest of the payments?

50% of the package price is payable by the start date of the first part of the project. The final 50% is due after 50% of the project has been complete (usually within a month of the start date.) All payment dates will be laid out in your contract.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes, but there are T&Cs to this. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking.
The rest of the payments can be split over however many payments you like, however, the conditions to this are:
* A 5% surcharge is added to each payment
* No part of the project will be returned until a payment equal to the value of that piece of the project has been made. For example, if your cover design is worth 40% of the package price, then 40% must be paid before the cover design is finalised and returned. 

Formatting T&C

Formatting is limited to 100,000 words. If your book is above this, please note an additional charge of $2.50 USD per 1,000 words.
